The questions we hear most often, from the basics to events.

No. Open saydi.ai in Chrome, Edge or Safari and sign in. The phone app, the Mac app and the Chrome extension are optional.
Yes. A new account comes with credits to try every mode. After that you can choose a plan or top up credits. See Plans, credits and billing.
More than 60. Pick any two from the language list. If you are about to use a pair you have not tried, run a short test before the real meeting.
No. Only the person running Saydi signs in. Everyone else reads the screen. At an event, attendees scan a QR code; no account needed.
In Two-Way, no. Set the 2 languages once; Saydi hears which one each speaker uses. The swap button only changes which side each language is shown on. In One-Way and Events, the speaker's language is detected automatically as well.
Yes. Either the Chrome extension in the browser version of the call, or the website with the audio source set to System / Tab. Step by step: Teams, Google Meet and Zoom.
Add them to AI Context: a Dictionary for words that must always be translated one way, and Keywords for names Saydi should recognise. This is the single biggest improvement you can make after audio quality.
The unit Saydi uses to measure translation time. Your balance is under Settings → Billing. See Plans, credits and billing.

About 30 credits for on-screen translation or transcription. With Voice on, 300 (standard voice) or 600 (premium voice) per hour. An event also reserves 100 credits per expected attendee when you create it.

Sessions are saved in the History of the person who ran them. A company admin can see usage figures, not the content of other people's sessions. Retention follows your contract and Saydi's privacy policy.
A clean audio feed from the mixer into the Saydi laptop, a wired network for that laptop, and enough Wi-Fi for attendees (about 0.2 Mbps per phone). One page to send to the venue: Technical requirements.
