Troubleshooting

Most problems take about a minute to fix. Find your symptom below.
| What's happening | What to do |
|---|---|
| I'm talking but no text appears | Check you picked the right microphone (Step 2). If the browser asks to use the mic, click Allow. |
| The sound bars don't move | Unplug and reconnect the mic. Check it isn't muted on the device itself. |
| The text is slow or jumpy | Your internet is struggling. Plug in a network cable if you can. |
| An industry term keeps coming out wrong | Add it to the Dictionary. Let your contact know too. |
| The translation is a jumble | Several people are talking at once. See rule 1. |
| The internet dropped mid-meeting | Once it's back, click Start Talking to begin a new session. Everything before the drop is saved. |
| I can't sign in | Check the 3 ways to sign in. If that doesn't help, contact us. |
| Event attendees can't see subtitles | Ask them to switch from venue Wi-Fi to mobile data. Check the event is Live. |
