History and transcripts

Every session you run is saved. This page shows how to find one again, read the summary Saydi writes for you, and send the transcript to other people.

History, a session with its AI Summary, the Copy / Export / Share menus, and Search

Find a past meeting

Click History in the left column. Sessions are listed newest first, grouped by day, with the time and how long each one ran. Saydi names each session after what was discussed, so you don't have to name anything yourself. The Events tab next to Sessions lists your events.

Looking for something specific? Click Search in the left column and type a word. Saydi searches across your past sessions.

Open a session

Click a session to open it. You'll see 2 things:

  • The transcript, with each line labelled by speaker and time, in both languages.
  • AI Summary on the right: the purpose of the meeting, what was decided, and a list of action items, written by Saydi from the transcript.

The summary is in one language. Want it in another? Click Regenerate, pick the language, and Saydi writes it again. You can also copy or export the summary on its own with the buttons above it.

Send the transcript to someone

At the top right of the session there are 3 buttons:

ButtonWhat it does
ShareMakes a link to this session. It is Private by default. Use Copy Link to send it, and Who has access to see who can open it.
CopyPuts the transcript on your clipboard, ready to paste into an email or chat. Choose Formatted, Original or Translation only.
ExportSaves a file with the same 3 choices.

Which one for meeting minutes?

Copy Formatted or Export Formatted. It keeps who said what and when, in both languages, which is exactly what minutes need.

Working with NoteX

At the bottom of the summary panel you'll see Switch to NoteX. NoteX is Saydi's sister app for full meeting minutes and deeper analysis. If your company uses it, you can send a session across with NoteX sync.
