Events
Event Mode is for seminars, conferences and launches with a large, multilingual audience. What makes it different from the other 3 modes: every attendee reads subtitles on their own phone. They scan a QR code and pick a language. No account needed. Attendees who want to hear the real-time audio can optionally use earphones or headsets.
A smooth event needs 3 groups doing their part:
Organizers
Checklist from 10 days out to after the event: what to send, what to confirm, who does what.
Operator
Create the event, get the QR code, start / pause / end, change the source language when the speaker changes.
Attendees
Scan, pick a language, read. A one-pager to print on a standee or show on the waiting screen.
Stage tech
Audio from the mixer, subtitles on the LED wall or livestream via OBS / vMix.
